Meet the Drivers Monday: Matt Hartzell, Driver at Valley Transit

Matt Hartzell, driver at TransNet's partner, Valley Transit, has been with the company for 9 months. His primary responsibility is to transport senior citizens 65 and older who are part of the Shared Ride program. These consumers are transported to medical appointments, grocery stores, shopping malls, and more within Montgomery County. Getting to know the consumers and being able to assist them with whatever they may need is what Matt enjoys most about his job. The best experience that Matt has had during his job would be meeting new consumers and conversing with them, as well as meeting new employees. During his "free" time, Matt enjoys going fishing and spending time with his wife and two young daughters.
