Meet the Drivers Monday: Burton Jones, Driver at Bux-Mont Transportation

Burton Jones, Driver at TransNet's partner, Bux-Mont Transportation, has been with the company for six years. His primary responsibility is transporting persons with disabilities to their medical appointments, places of employment, or even to the grocery store. Burton enjoys everything about his job, whether it is having a conversation with clients onboard the vehicle, transporting clients to their destination, or just being around other coworkers. Meeting new people, which happens on a daily basis, is Burton's most memorable experience on the job. It is refreshing to be able to come in contact with such a diverse group of people, just by coming to work every day. Burton enjoys the companionship of his wife, model trains, stamp collecting, woodworking, and building doll houses for his grandchildren, during his "free" time.
