Meet the Board of Directors: Sam Valenza, CEO, Bux-Mont Transportation

Sam Valenza, CEO of Bux-Mont Transportation, has been involved with TransNet since its origination in 1980 when it was known as Montgomery County Paratransit Association. Sam has been the President of TransNet's Board of Directors for about 8 years. He coordinates all transportation in Bux-Mont's surrounding area with his 2 brothers and sister, handles the legalities of the business and oversees day to day operations. "The importance of being a member of the TransNet board involves coordination, efficiency, teamwork and commitment. Everyone must work together and collaborate because everything we do together will benefit the consumers we transport," expressed Sam. During his free time he enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, target shooting and working in his man cave.
