Karen Schwemmer, Customer Service Manager, has been working at TransNet for 12 years! She knows what it takes to speak with our consumers, help them make appointments and keep them happy. Karen says, "I love the support I receive from Management and my co-workers here at TransNet. Everyone is willing to help each other and work together as a team to make accomplishments." She enjoys going out with friends and family, traveling, reading and walking.
