Meet TransNet Staff: Director of Operations, Carol Sterling

Carol Sterling, Director of Operations at TransNet started the company 37 years ago this September when there were only 2 people, no office furniture and just telephones! Today, TransNet has 336 vehicles, at least 370 employees, 6 partners and covers the entire Montgomery County. "TransNet is like a family to me. Everyone here shares in the achievements and growth of TransNet. I take great pride in knowing that TransNet has been able to provide quality service for many residents of Montgomery County over the years", said Carol. She loves to read during her spare time because it's very relaxing. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 grandchildren.
