HOW DO I CANCEL MY RIDE?

Sometimes plans change or unexpected situations arise that do not allow for you to take a previously scheduled ride.  We do ask that you call our Customer Service Representatives at least two (2) hours prior to your scheduled pickup.

 

  • Call TransNet between 8:00 am and 3:30 pm weekdays at 215-542-7433 

  • Select Option 2 at the first prompt.

  • Select Option 4 at the second prompt.​

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OUTSIDE OF TRANSNET OFFICE HOURS?

If it is necessary for you to cancel an early-morning ride prior to 8:00 am, you may contact our Partner dispatch office directly.  

 

  • Call Bux-Mont Transportation at 215-659-1313

  • Call Easton Coach Company at 610-272-1234

  • Call Tri County Transit at 610-495-5500

  • Call Valley Transit at 267-923-8214

CAN I CANCEL MY RIDE THROUGH EMAIL?

Two of our Partner providers offer an option to cancel your upcoming ride via email.  Please be aware that the minimum of two (2) hours' notice will still apply. If you have a ride scheduled with either Bux-Mont Transportation or Easton Coach Company, click the appropriate button above to submit an email cancellation form.  Rides that are scheduled with Tri County Transit or Valley Transit may only be cancelled by phone.
